Meditate upon the form of the Guru and perform His aartee.

The lotus-like feet of the Guru can be compared to that of Shree Raama. I meditate upon His feet and perform His aartee.

The Guru is Seetaa, Raama, Krishna, and Radhaa. I will worship Him.

The Guru is Brahma, Vishnu and all the other forms of God. I will serve Him and meditate upon Him.

O devotees, bow your heads and accept the blessings of the Guru.

Bow your head at the Guru’s feet. Receive the fruits of good fortune for all your past lives.

In order not to be affected by the attachment and illusion of the world, meditate on the feet of the Guru, the ocean of compassion.

I have been wandering from age to age. Please give me the vision of knowledge so that I may see the Lord.

Desire, anger, intoxication and greed are my greatest enemies. Drive them out with the sword of the knowledge attained from the Guru.

The Vedas describe the Guru as unborn and without beginning. Turn to him in order to remove all difficulties of the mind.

Mohi Laagee Lagana

Mohi laagee lagana Guru charanana kee

Charana binaa mohi kuchha naheen bhaavay

Jhuthee maayaa saba svapanana kee

Bhava saagara saba sookha gayaa hai

Phikara naheen mohi taranana kee

Meeraa kay Prabhu Giridhara naagara

Ulata bhayee moree nayanana kee

I make prostrations to the feet of the Guru.

I yearn for nothing other than these feet. Everything else is false, only a dream.

The ocean of mundane existence is dried up for me. To cross over it is no problem.

The poet Meera says, “My Lord Giridhara, My eyes search inward for You.”
