How Does Being a Hindu Contribute to the Development of Society?

Sitaram. Hum Hindu hai. Sanatan Dharma ki Jai. Yes, this rich, enduring religion of mine, builds a resilient society.

Individual development cements the foundation blocks of an impenetrable nation. Yaatha pinday, Tathaa brahmahanday – I find myself, the world mirrors me. This principle nurtures an utopian society.

The Gita emphasizes “Dharma Kshetrey Kuru Kshetrey”: Do your duty, live your life on the field of society. Duty is the vehicle of performing my daily yagyas. Serving man, animals, God, pitri and rishi yagya: these tenets strengthen society.

Not only that, the bedrock of society lies in honouring mother, father, guru. By respecting these gods upon Earth we learn to respect each other and contribute to building a respectable society.

Our pitris left footprints on the sands of time. Eating healthy, vegetarianism, yoga: these universal concepts create a healthier, happier and harmonious society.

I, you, we all come from the roots of Hinduism and we are nourishing the tree of society.

Hum Hindu Hai.
