Sri Ganesh Art Competition 2011

The Sri Ganesh Festival Committee presents the Sri Ganesh Art Competition 2011.

Great Prizes to be Won. This competition is open to all members of SWAHA.

RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING COMPETITION
CHILDREN 8 YEARS AND UNDER

1. Competition is open to Children ages 8 years and under.
2. Parents are not allowed to assist their children
3. Crayons, Markers, Coloured pencils or paints may be used.
4. All application forms are available at the temple through any member of the executive or acting on behalf of the executive.
5. All GENUINE forms and colouring pieces will be stamped and signed by the Coordinator of The Sri Ganesh Festival Committee.
6. All pieces MUST be submitted by September 7th 2011 to any member of the Sri Ganesh Festival Committee or The Spiritual leader of the Centre
7. The judge’s decision will be final and Prizes will be distributed on Sunday September 11th 2011 and to collect prize the individual MUST be present as the prize will not be held.

3D SRI GANESHJI ART UNDER 16 AND OVER 17

1. Competition is open to All ages
2. Competition will be judged in separate age categories: Under 16 and Over 17
3. The art work of the form of Sri Ganeshji must take into consideration the following:
– Must be created in a 3D effect
- Use of any material is allowed
- Colouring of pictures or painting of pictures will not be accepted.
- Material may be organized on paper in 3D in the form of Sri Ganeshji
- 3D Sculptures will be accepted
4. All application forms are available at the temple through any member of the executive or acting on behalf of the executive.
5. All GENUINE forms and colouring pieces will be stamped and signed by the Coordinator of The Sri Ganesh Festival Committee or The Spiritual leader of the Centre
6. All pieces MUST be submitted by September 7th 2011 by 9:00pm to any member of the Sri Ganesh Festival Committee.
7. The judge’s decision will be final and Prizes will be distributed on Sunday September 11th 2011 and to collect prize the individual MUST be present on the day of 09-11-2011.
8. Maximum dimensions are 1 foot x 1 foot x 1 foot.

UPDATE: Pieces can be printed on 8.5 * 14 paper and coloured.
